Great news if you own a Motorola Mobile phone as Blockbuster have announced that they plan to offer movies that can be watched on Motorola Inc cell phones.

Very few details have been released about the plan, which expands on the company’s On Demand downloading movie service offered through set-top boxes. According to Kevin Lewis senior vice president for Blockbuster the company is still working on specifics, including availability and cost.

Television series may also be available together with new releases. It appears that customers will be able to download the videos to their phones, meaning that movies wont be cut off without a cell phone service.
