Apple iPhone used to film mini tornado in Minneapolis

A meteorologist from WNEP-TV, Tom Clark, managed to take a video on his iPhone of a passing tornado, this happened at roughly 2pm Wednesday.

The video was taken from his daughter’s apartment on the top floor in the Uptown area of Minneapolis, on South Lyndale Avenue. Noreen Clark, his wife is also a meteorologist from WNEP-TV, his daughter works for WeatherNation, which is an internet-based weather company as a meteorologist.

According to Tom Clark what he saw with his iPhone was a tornado although a tornado with limited intensity, and Clark went on to comment that he’s been a meteorologist for nearly 30 years, and it was ominous. The tornado was swirling with flying debris at its base. However it was a weak tornado and it’s the first time the Clack family has seen one.
