I have tried to use two Onyx handsets and they are DREADFUL. THe software is clumsy and confusing and the hardware is very poor quality with parts coming lose. These handsets are terrible. So much for British manufacture!
Furthermore, there is no link to T Mobile as suggested in this link. T Mobile has no record of Onyx.
