Samsung have done it again and are bringing out a further budget touchscreen phone. They already have the Samsung S5230 Star. This new touchscreen is the Samsung S3650. It has a compact design, exceptional colours and it only costs 200 euros.

The Samsung S3650 is due to be launched on 10 September. Samsung’s next budget touchscreen is ready to be introduced. The front of the handset is painted a standard black colour and the back is a shining yellow. The S3650 is quite small and rounded, some of the features are as follows: quad-band GSM connectivity, microSD card slot, 2 megapixel camera, FM radio, 2.8-inch QVGA touch display and Bluetooth.

The Samsung S3650 weighs 92 grams and is only 13mm thin. This mobile also comes with local social networking integration including Facebook, YouTube, and MySpace. The Samsung has passed FCC scrutiny, this means the US ought to be getting it shortly too. We are hoping the cost goes down a bit too roughly 150 euros otherwise it will have some strong competition.
