Apparently with the arrival of Facebook 3.0, Facebook gives the users more privacy due to receiving complaints from Canada’s Privacy Commissioner reports an article over on the examiner.

Although reportedly these privacy changes will not happen immediately and will probably take up to a year to implement fully. Furthermore the app will now have to give the user reasons as to why they require your info.

New features found in Facebook 3.0 are the ability to view events and return RSVP, write notes, create and manage photo albums, read news feeds, post videos although the user will not have the ability to view friends videos.
