How’s that Palm Pre webOS doing? Apparently webOS 1.2 is having new features being discovered all over the show with several minor updates such as a new “select all” option in the edit menu, find-as-you-type support in email, support for paid applications, and improved browser functionality.
There is also two new features, firstly the incorporation of LED notifications which can be activated by simply removing the commenting surrounding the line in the securityconfig-scene.html file reports palminfocenter.
It also appears that Palm is included remote application removal as a feature of its upcoming paid app store, but no doubt webOS savvy developers will soon be able to work out just how to disable the remote app removal feature.
