The latest news with Nokia is that the new Nokia Twist mobile phone will be with Verizon Wireless as of the 13th of September and then in other markets as of the 21st of September reports engadget.

The Nokia Twist is a strange swivel form factor handset and at least shows that Nokia is committed to releasing customisable products to the US market.

Spec wise the Nokia Twist will sport a full QWERTY keyboard which swivels out the way behind the handset to form a virtually perfect square, 3 megapixel camera with auto-focus and flash, full HTML browser, EV-DO Rev.0, “Habitat Mode,” and will command a price tag of $149.99 on a 2 year contract before rebate.
