How nice would it be if RIM would offer some kind of system status notification system?

Some kind of way for BIS customers to know what to expect from the services that they are paying for, as Rim grows and grows and continues to add new customers there have been an increasing number of times when BIS services disappear with no explanation.

Although RIMs statistics on the availability of the service remains to be providing a high level of service to them that is not always according to the customer. This should be where the service of a system should be could se some life, okay so RIM may not want to put the information out there, but BIS customers already know with most having already called their carrier.
