According to an article over on intomobile, 12seconds.tv has launched another application for the iPhone known as 12mail which allows the iPhone user to send 12 second long video clips as messages to their friends on Facebook and Twitter.

Apparently the address book populates once you link Facebook and Twitter to your 12mail account and after which you can send private or public video clips.

Unfortunately though owners of the iPhone and iPhone 3G will only be able to send messages which are still images with voice over as the full video messaging is for the iPhone 3GS exclusively.
