A couple of images have turned up on HTCpedia which is believed to be the HTC Pure mobile phone and each carrying what engadget mobile calls, an unattractive case, a silicon one and a “garish” plastic one.

Basically what is known about the internals of these HTC Pure handsets is unknown but it doe look to not feature a slide out keyboard but does have 4 buttons on its front and what is reported to be a 5 megapixel camera on its rear.

Apparently the website says the handset is destined for AT&T sporting the name of Touch Diamond2, although apparently some commenters have stated that the handset is the MDA Compact V presently available with T-Mobile UK.
