Poll: Could SVS (Short Video Service) be better than SMS or MMS?

Under: Phone Polls, Phone Software
Date: September 24th, 2009

Thanks to 12seconds.tv SVS is available now on your iPhone, SVS (short Video Service) is a video version of Twitter.

12mail, the second iPhone application from 12seconds allows you to record a short video up to 12 seconds in length and send it to one of your friends on either Twitter or Facebook. The recipient is alerted with push notification, just as if they were receiving an SMS or MMS.

You will need an iPhone 3GS, in order to record a video but you don’t have to have an account with 12 seconds so long as you are connected with either Twitter or Facebook. For those that have yet to upgrade all is not lost you can send 12 seconds of audio as an alternative. For more information visit mybroadband.co.za
