The O2 blog has sent a message to its customers explaining that they have been very proud indeed to offer the exclusive iPhone deal to 20 million customers for the last two years.
They did say that the exclusive deal would not last forever and was for a limited period of time, O2’s relationship will still continue with Apple and the iPhone its just they will not have the exclusive rights anymore and will be an ongoing success.
O2 did say that they have 1-million customers and they will remain very important to us, the exclusive iPhone deal has stopped because Orange UK will also be selling the iPhone. O2 will be selling another hot smartphone which will be the Palm Pre and they will also offer award-winning customer service and benefits.
