Could this be the first time Blackberry advertising has been spotted at a Formula 1 Grand Prix? The guys over at Crackberry seem to think so.

There was a large BlackBerry billboard above pit row and strategically place right below the podium at the Suzuka race track during the Japanese Grand Prix this weekend.

Apparently Formula 1 doesn’t have a large following over in the States, and they are not too sure if this is just a one off for advertising BlackBerry in Japan as this was at the Japanese Grand Prix or could this be the beginning of a Formula 1 BlackBerry campaign?
