AT&T’s GoPhone Unlimited Prepaid

Appearing to be threat is AT&T’s newly announced unlimited prepaid but apparently it’s lacking in handset offers and retail partners.

The GoPhone prepaid is now Unlimited Talk and Text at a cost of $60 per month with the need of contract or even a credit check. Not predatory at some $10 to $20 higher than many competitors of Leap, MetroPC’s, Sprint’s Boost, T-Mobile unlimited and TracFone on Verizon.

The latest press release, which comes from VP of prepaid and wasn’t joined with colleagues from the distribution channels and handset management. AT&T’s Unlimited GoPhone is said to be disjointed marketing, and in most cases probably be just an alternative for credit declines or non payment disconnects. Source – glgroup.com
