The rumour is that Research In Motion’s latest BlackBerry baby, the BlackBerry Storm 2 will hit Vodafone this week, with the Verizon version of the BlackBerry Storm 2 coming quite a bit later, reports an article over on electronista.

Apparently Verizon won’t begin training until November the 7th, and as training is generally a couple of weeks before release this would place the Verizon BlackBerry Storm 2 launch at the 14th or 21st of November.

Word has it that the reason for the almost a month delay on Verizon is the reaction to the flawed launch of the original BlackBerry Storm which damaged the smartphones rep until a patch was made available some two weeks later.
