We reported a couple of days ago that iPhone 3.1.2 jailbreak solution Blackra1n was available for Windows only and that a Mac version would follow soon, you can see the original post (here)

Well now according to an article over on the iphone blog, they have updated their original blackra1n article with notification that @geohot on Twitter (George Hotz) has tweeted that BlackRa1n for Mac is now live, and he also says it works.

So one wonders if Blackra1n for Mac includes a solution for Apple’s new bootrom, although that does seem somewhat unlikely.
