A new edition of the Samsung F480 has just been launched by Samsung and adds the suffix ‘8I’ to the name making it the Samsung F488i currently heading for Hong Kong only reports unwired view.
Along with that added suffix, the Samsung F488i also packs a new updated TouchWiz to “3x TouchWiz User Interface,” that apparently features an extended desktop and shortcut pages, online widgets, Facebook, MySpace, Flickr, social networking, photo contacts and feature tab page view.
The rest of the features remain basically the same, 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, HSDPA and GSM, document viewer and 240 x 400 display. No word on if the European version will be gaining the new updated TouchWiz interface either.
