This is unconfirmed but apparently when the BlackBerry Storm 2 hits the Verizon network one of its biggest features will be the inclusion of MiFi for sharing 3G internet over WiFi reports engadget mobile.

It could well be seen as a smart marketing move by Verizon, however as the guys point out, MiFi is also the name Novatel uses so one wonders if this Verizon MiFi is an app or just internal communications shorthand.

Furthermore there is mention of a launch date for the Verizon BlackBerry Storm 2 which apparently will be the 21st of October, so we’ll know if that it fact in a couple of days time.
