For those of you that may have been following the ’There’s a Patch for that’ series from Milo, you’ll already be aware that there is al lot of functionality not baked into the Palm Pre that you can add in.
For example forwarding text messages, adding additional pages to the launcher, lighting up the centre LED button for alerts to name a few, so ‘why the heck doesn’t it do that’ has now been added, courtesy of somebody not from Palm!
Another to add to the list is the ability to end a call by simply closing the slider, much more satisfying if you are wanting to end an irritating call by slamming the slider shut than gently tapping a touch screen, you can already answer a call by simply sliding the slider open.
