Rumour has it that Verizon Wireless is officially going to announce their plans for the BlackBerry Storm 2 smartphone today, but according to an article on brighthand, there may just be a possible delay of the BlackBerry Storm 2 due to problems.
Although Research In Motion went official with the BlackBerry Storm 2 a week ago, Verizon Wireless has been holding off. It is no secret Verizon will gain the BlackBerry Storm 2, but they just haven’t said when.
There have been unconfirmed reports that Verizon is delaying said officialdom because they have run into problems with the smartphone and thus have pushed back its debut on the Big Red for an unspecified amount of time until it passes their internal tests.
Yeah…like all that testing to make sure the original was ready to go did any good. I’m probably going to switch to the Droid.
I talked to my friend who works for Verizon yesterday. On previous conversations he has told me that they would arrive yesterday. Well, yesterday he said they have been delayed.
