Apparently Google will be launching their own branded mobile phone known as the Google Phone 2.0 and furthermore the Google Phone 2.0 will come unlocked according to an article over on quickpwn.

Apparently the information comes via Ashok Kumar, an analyst for Northeast Securities, and Kumar also claims he has spoken to Google design partners concerning this upcoming Android based Google Phone 2.0.

There’s no official word from Google on this so it is probably best taken with a pinch of salt, so I wouldn’t expect to see Google push out the Google Phone 2.0 anytime soon if at all.
