FCC Approve Samsung i5700 Spica and R860

The Samsung i5700 Spica, formally known as the Samsung Galaxy Lite and the Samsung R860 have now cleared the FCC for the US market reports an article over on unwired view.

The Samsung i5700 Spica is destined for AT&T’s network with GSM/ WCDMA 850/1900 MHz, AMOLED touch screen, 3.2 megapixel camera, GPS and WiFi and of course the Android operating system.

Not a great deal on the Samsung R860, but we do know it is 1700MHz AWS connectivity with CDMA/EV-DO so could well be heading towards the likes of Cricket or even MetroPCS, and that’s about it.
