October 28th is the date that has been fixed for the Droid event where the much anticipated Motorola Droid will be released.

We have to wait no longer for the details of the Android device, all the details relating to the phone have now been made public incidentally through the product page and now everybody knows what the Droid is all about.

It has an Android 2.0 running together with 550Mhz processor and a 5 megapixel camera which has 4x optical zoom, dual LED flashlight, autofocus and image stabilization technology. The touch screen measures 3.7 inches which is the biggest for an Android device to date. Source – devicemag.com
