Video: Verizon talks Motorola Droid

Under: Mobile Phone Video News, Motorola
Date: October 29th, 2009

And the Motorola Droid videos keep on coming, this time right from Verizon Wireless themselves courtesy of the guys over at engadget mobile of course, and makes it official that the Motorola Droid will be with Verizon as of November the 6th.

The other big question, that of price, also gets confirmed with a $199 price tag on contract and after the usual $100 mail in rebate.

Verizon has already said the Motorola Droid will not be the only Android 2.0 handset coming to Verizon and John Stratton, Verizon Wireless CEO has stated that the phone “is wide open.” Droid is also the first phone which transforms Google Maps into a turn by turn nav system; so hit up the video below and enjoy.
