Motorola CEO confirms 20 Smartphones for 2010

Along with introducing the new Motorola Droid at a press meet, Motorola CEO, Sanjay Jha also made reference to Motorola’s plans to regain past glory in the mobile arena reports an article over on techtree.

The past hasn’t been too kind to Motorola, but now they seem to be on an upward climb with the Motorola Droid and apparently they intend to release up to 20 new smartphones in 2010. Jha has confirmed the number will be in “multiple tens” and went on to state the aforementioned 20 smartphones planed for next year.

Now the big question is will all those 20 Motorola smartphones pack the Android OS or will some carry Windows Mobile 6.5 or Windows Mobile 7?
