Looks like iPhone hacker Geohot has been at it again as apparently he has now completed the Blacksn0w iPhone jailbreak that delivers a baseband unlock of the 3.1x firmware which will allow your iPhone to run on your desired carrier.

Word has it from the guys over at the Boy Genius Report that Blacksn0w will be released on the 4th of November and can be loaded onto your iPhone via Blackra1n.
