Apparently the HTC Touch2 is now available in the United Kingdom via T-Mobile UK according to an article over on ubergizmo and is a free handset based on a £25 per month agreement, although it’s not the much sort after HTC HD2.

The T-Mobile HTC Touch2 £25 per month deal gets the user 1000 minutes and unlimited text messages, and all this based on the usual 2 year contract.

However, they do source to wmpoweruser, who actually say this is a T-Mobile mistake with the image and it is actually the HTC HD2 on T-Mobile UK.
