The affordable Nokia X3 is the non-3G music phone that has just been approved by the FCC and it may possibly be hitting the States very soon.

No one is sure what carrier will be the providers of this cheap phone but what we do know thanks to Unwiredview the Nokia X3 unlocked will cost €115 ($169), many of you will be hoping this phone hits North America and of course we will let you know when it does.

The X3 main features include Bluetooth 2.1, stereo speakers, FM radio that does not need headsets, 3.5mm headset jack, dedicated music keys, platform Series 40 OS, 3.2-megapixel camera with flash, microSD memory card slot and 2.2-inch QVGA screen.
