Remember that nasty little problem about the iPhone not being able to sync with Windows 7 with an Intel P55 Express Chipset; you can refresh your memory (here)
Microsoft said they were taking a look at the issue, but now according to an article over on Cnet, Intel has issued a statement regarding the matter… “Our leading theory is a BIOS or system configuration issue, but we are still investigating.”
So it at least looks like both Microsoft and Intel are looking into the problem, but users aren’t really interested in the cause, but more in the solution, so let’s hope these investigations don’t take too long.
