Now we are not sure if this is all true or not but apparently AT&T may possibly be launching the 8GB Apple iPhone 3GS for $99.

BGR has apparently heard from two sources that AT&T will launch the 8GB Apple iPhone 3GS in time for Christmas, one of the sources said that this is their way of combating the DROID madness.

We always say a Christmas launch is always good because it gives customers more choices and of course cheaper smartphones and Christmas can be pretty expensive.
