Video: Droid Eris vs HTC Hero Face Off

The new HTC Droid Eris has been in the past likened to a rebadged HTC Hero, so now that the guys over at engadget mobile have managed to get hold of the HTC Droid Eris they have compared the two in a face off video.

Of course we have said HTC Droid Eris, HTC Hero face off video for your viewing pleasure below which compares the generic HTC Hero, the Sprint HTC Hero and the HTC Droid Eris which are basically very similar handsets.

They say there are plusses and minuses in all of the handsets. Anyway the video last just over seven minutes so I’ll just let you hit it up and enjoy.

I’m Brian, had a LG Dare and was due the NE2 and got the HTC Droid Eris for free (lucky me). Getting delivered today and cant wait. I’m in the military, married, 3 kids(15yold girl, 4yold boy, &1yrold girl). Was going to get the Motorola Droid but read online that HTC plans on releasing an update for the Eris, and Hero that will upgrade to the Andriod 2.0 OS which would have been my only reason get get the Motorola.
