The word is Nokia’s first touch screen handset with a capacitive display, the Nokia X6 may well be hitting the streets as soon as November the 16th according to Rihanna. Apparently Nokia posted to R7B diva Rihanna’s blog for her upcoming concert which basically outed the Nokia X6 as coming on the 16th of November.
The report by Crave also says that they were blow away by the HTC HD2’s capacitive touch screen and are holding out hopes that the Nokia X6 will have the same affect, and hopes that they have learned lessons from the “disappointing” UI of the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.
The Nokia X6 packs a 5 megapixel camera with 2 LED lights, WiFi and HSDPA along with 32GB of internal memory and a much appreciated standard 3.5mm jack for listening to all that music and video.
Apparently though, when Crave contacted Nokia they seemed somewhat surprise to hear that the Nokia X6 would be available worldwide on the 16th of November, so basically they aren’t confirming the date, but as it’s only 3 days away we’ll soon know for sure.
