The guys over at engadget say that when they has the opportunity to try out the Morphie Juice Pack Air extended battery/iPhone case earlier this year, they were suitably impressed, and now they’ve taken a look at an extended battery without the case in the form of the Primo micro battery pack.

The Primo micro battery pack has been designed for use with the iPhone along with various iPods and in its small housing holds an 800mAh battery that is said to deliver up to 45 hours of music playback on an iPod, and up to 3 hours of extra talk time with an iPhone 3G andset.

The Primo micro battery pack for iPhone and iPod is available from Phonesuit commanding a price tag of $35.00, or you can take the option of purchasing a triple-pack for a price of $89.95.
