The rumour mill continues to churn, and today we have a rumour that the world’s second largest computer manufacturer, Dell along with iPhone carrier AT&T may introduce to the mobile arena a MID sometime next year according to an article over on unwired view.

It is already widely known that Dell will launch an Android based smartphone with AT&T next year, which most probably will be the Dell Mini 3i handset, but apparently the China Times is reporting Dell is to have a variety of MIDs which will be produced by Qisda.

Obviously at this early stage there are no details available on the AT&T Dell MID, however it could possibly be a MID that recently popped up in Vietnam, the Dell Streak which features a 5 megapixel camera, WiFi, 3G and Android 2.0 operating system.

As usual though all this is currently just in the rumour stages and more rumours will undoubtedly surface before we actually see any real confirmation.
