The word is that LG is pushing out a new special Christmas Edition of their LG BL40 Chocolate smartphone which according to an article over on unwired view should land in South Korea as of the 10th of December in time to catch the Christmas rush no doubt.

This latest Christmas special edition of the LG BL40 Chocolate smartphone will sport a black housing accented with golden scribe and comes with a voucher which can apparently get the purchaser prizes of up to 5 million KRW which is roughly $4000.

Detail wise there’s not much know if the new Christmas Edition LG BL40 Chocolate will sport different specs other than it will pack an 8 megapixel camera with auto-focus rather than the original BL40’s 5 megapixel camera.

Although it is know that the new Christmas Edition LG BL40 Chocolate will hit on the 10th of December in South Korea there are no details on if or when the handset will see other countries and also no word on the price of the smartphone.
