James says that after dinner, cake and coffee, his mother was opening her first preset and James thought it was a Palm Pre smartphone, and thus asked the question “it that the Palm Pre?”
Well apparently everyone present chuckled as his comment was answered with “No, it’s an ink pad you idiot.” So it just goes to show that we can’t all judge things by their appearance, well at least not until we have had a damn good look at it first.
Although I can see why at first glance James mistook the Martha Stewart ink pad for the Palm Pre, perhaps that is where Palm got their inspiration for their first weboS smartphone.
