I’m quite sure most know that back in October, Nokia mounted a lawsuit over patent infringement against Apple citing ten iPhone infringements no less. Well according to an article over on gizmodo, Apple is now taking the same line of action and is suing Nokia for patent infringement.

To make matter a little worse, Apple has cited 13 patent infringements by Nokia upping the ante by 3, so it seems its Nokia’s next more to maybe hit back with more patent infringements.

Apparently Apple also has a good dig at Nokia with an especially catty line which says “Other companies must compete with us by inventing their own technologies, not just by stealing ours”…ouch!!

That’s one big slap in the face for Nokia, and one can presume this will not be the last we hear of this legal battle which looks as if it could very well turn nasty with remarks such as that.
