Apparently as we have said before iPhone OS 3.1.3 is definitely coming but OS 4.0 has been found or should we say discovered like BGR.

A BGR log has discovered iPhone OS 4.0 which is madness considering we have not even had the 3.1.3 yet; apparently this 3.1.3 version is under testing stage. Could iPhone OS 4.0 feature native video calling support?

The question is we have had comments saying forget iPhone OS 3.1.3 what about 3.2 OS, for some this gets all confusing, OS 3.1.3 is coming, OS 4.0 has been found and some of you are asking about 3.2 OS.
