Carphone Warehouse Raises Forecast Yet Again

Europe’s largest mobile phone retailer, Carphone Warehouse has for the second time in 2 months raised their end of year forecast after the addition of 36,000 new customers joining Carphone Warehouse in Q3 reports an article over on the Times Online.

Carphone Warehouse reported revenue for TalkTalk Group rose 29% to £446 million in Q3 and the acquisition of Italian telecoms company Tiscali helping to add 36,000 broadband customers.

Carphone Warehouse now expects broadband customers to grow somewhere between 4.1 and 4.2 million, the top end of their range by the years end.

The chief exec of Carphone Warehouse, Charles Dunstone has said that “a strong third quarter has led to the group to increase their guidance for the full year.”
