India Gains V180 DS Dual GSM phone from Fly Mobile

One of the pioneers of dual SIM handsets in Europe is Meridian Group owned Fly Mobile and according to an article over on telecomtalk, Fly Mobile has now launched their low cost V180 DS, a dual GSM SIM handset in India.

The Fly Mobile V180 DS mobile phone is available in 145 cities in India and via 17,000 retailers commanding a price tag of Rs. 2539, and is aimed at urban youth.

The V180 DS sports a 1.8 inch TFT display, a CIF camera with video recording, two GSM SIM cards, built-in photo caller ID, GPRS, WAP, Mobile Traker, E-book reader, FM radio, MP3 player, Bluetooth and Hindi language support for SMS and phone menu, and microSD expansion up to 4GB

The Fly Mobile V180 DS measures 107 x 44.6 x 14mm with a weight of 90 grams and packs a 1200mAh battery which delivers up to 9 hours of talk time and up to 250 hours of standby time.
