Rim announce new software Blackberry Enterprise server Express

A new software has been announced by RIM Research In Motion that will allow BlackBerry devices to synchronise with Microsoft Windows Small Business Server.

What’s more it is going to be offered free of charge. Its intention is so that companies can look at a very cost effective way of keeping on top of those important emails.

Mike Lazaridid president and co chief executive at RIM has said that in a marketplace where smartphones are becoming ubiquitous the Blackberry Enterprise server express will significantly raise the bar.

It is said that the software will work with Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010 and also Microsoft Windows small business server 2003 and 2008. Features to expect are having the ability to synchronise email, calendar, contacts, tasks you can also manage email folders and have access to business applications.
