Sony Ericsson Satio Cyber shot and walkman merge

Under: Sony Ericsson
Date: February 23rd, 2010

Sony Ericsson usually concentrate on one key element at a time in order to try and win over the competition. We’ve seen the Walkman range and of course the Cyber shot aimed at photographers.

So put the two together, will it work, pretty much the only thing the Sony Ericsson Satio has in its favour is the camera. An amazing 12.1 megapixel sensor, a capable lens on the rear of the device, which has its protective door.

It continues to move forward the Cyber shot brand, building on the previous K series models that allow you to achieve the kind of photos you would expect from a digital camera.

Cramming more megapixels than the majority of compact cameras and the older DSLR models, the results are pretty impressive. The Xenon flash and the LED photo light are helpful too. The photos are shot with a 9 megapixel resolution in order to benefit the widescreen display. To read more on the Sony Ericsson Satio visit pocket-lint.com
