Video: iPhone 3GS vs. Nexus One 3D Performance Face Off

Yes folks, we have one of those iPhone 3GS vs. the nexus One battles for your viewing entertainment today, this time round the iconic iPhone 3GS is pitted against Google’s superphone, the Nexus One in a comparison battle for 3D performance supremacy.

The video comparison lasts almost four and a half minutes and comes courtesy of the guys over at fonearena, and shows the same game scenes on both smartphones and tests the graphics and frame rate with the iPhone 3GS doing 60 fps while the nexus One does 31 fps.

Apparently one of the reasons the Nexus One does a lower frame rate could be due to the Android smartphones larger screen as the GPU needs to fill about 2.5x the pixels on the Nexus One as compared to the iPhone 3GS.

Still, I won’t bore you by going on as I know you’d much rather skip on down to the video and hit play, if you haven’t already done so. So head on down and enjoy this iPhone 3GS vs. Nexus One 3D face off.

Nextus is not a super phone. Looking at the video even the screen looks better on iPhone 3gs. Nexus one is not designed for graphs or playing games. It is more of a business phone like black burry.
