During a Nokia Media briefing in San Francisco the guy in the know, Noah Kravitz of phone dog was on hand to capture a demonstration by Nokia of the Symbian^3 UI, and was a live demo running on a laptop.

The video demo of Nokia Symbian^3 lasts almost five and a half minutes whereby Nokia Vice President, David Rivas takes us through a reasonably detail look at the Symbian^3 UI and such things as customisable homescreens.

The Nokia VP also states that Symbian^3 performance has been increased by about three percent with overall graphics performance and video performance and performs extremely well.
