UK HTC Desire Gets Priced

UK HTC Desire Gets Priced

Under: Mobile Phones
Date: March 12th, 2010

Here in the UK you’ll be able to purchase the Android packing Nexus One twin, the HTC Desire smartphone next month; however the HTC Desire can already be pre-ordered in the UK, and now we finally gain some insight into pricing courtesy of the guys over at electricpig.

According to their article Carphone Warehouse is displaying the T-Mobile tariffs for the HTC Desire, and if you were hoping to grab one for free then you will be disappointed as the cheapest is £49.99 with a £35 per month, 2 year agreement bringing 1200 minutes, 500 texts and data.

You can of course get that pricing down a tad if you opt to purchase the HTC Desire for £179.99 on a £25 per month 2 year agreement, but make sure whatever tariff you opt for includes internet or you could end up facing a hefty bill.

Of course you could simply hang on a while to see what other carriers come up with, that is of course unless you are already a T-Mobile customer looking to upgrade. But hopefully once other carriers have the HTC Desire available the pricing will tumble a bit.
