More information has surfaced about Verizon Push to Talk coming to BlackBerry Tour soon, yes, the Big Red Push to Talk should be available sometime April 2010.

CrackBerry got their hands on a PDF from Verizon and it reveals that Push to Talk will be on the BlackBerry Tour, there were a few rumours of the leaked OS covering PTT files and alerts and some information in the forums.

The Push to Talk (PTT) service highlights include: Make group calls with up to 50 participants, Connect with team members in the next room or across the country, Manage Push to Talk contacts for your entire company online, Access email/Web while you are on Push to Talk calls and Use Presence to see who’s available for Push to Talk calls.
