Under: Mobile Phones
Date: March 17th, 2010

According to an article over at itproportal.com it would seem that Virgin Media are about to become another to stock the HTC Desire.

The Taiwanese manufacturers version of the Google Nexus One which will sit alongside the GW620, the Xperia X10 and the Galaxy Portal to join the Android lineup coming to the network.

So far the Galaxy Portal is the only device listed and that comes with an impressive 250 minutes, unlimited text and data for just £22 per month with an 18 month contract.

It is expected that Virgin Media will offer some attractive tariffs which means they will do there best to match the offer on at mobilephonesdirect which is £30 per month for 900 minutes 500 texts and unlimited mobile web.

We should expect the Desire to arrive in the country over the next couple of weeks and all major networks have said that they will stock the phone.
