Motorola Android OS versions to use Microsoft’s Bing in China

Under: Mobile Phones, Motorola
Date: March 18th, 2010

Motorola have done it again, managing to shock and amaze as usual with there latest announcement which has been reported over on ukpressreleases.co.uk

The company have just announced that all Motorola phones that are Android Operating system based versions will have the search engine of Microsoft’s Bing as their default in the smartphones sold in China.

This has surprised most of the mobile industry due to the fact that recently Motorola launched Droid models which uses Google’s operating system so could now face problems.

Recent internet usage policy wars around the country has attracted other search engine giants who are looking for new fresh pastures I suppose just in case Google pack up and leave the country. This is great news for Microsoft and their search engine Bing which has so far struggled to get a hold in the search engine market.
