HTC EVO 4G official will arrive at Sprint this summer

Yesterday wireless carrier Sprint and mobile phone maker HTC Corporation officially announced the first ever 3G / 4G Android handset in the world according to reports over on news.softpedia.com

The device is the HTC EVO 4G and it will be powered by Google’s Android 2.1 operating system and will offer users the enjoyment of 4G speeds right in your hand.

The HTC EVO sports a 4.3 inch touch screen display with pinch to zoom abilities. The phone is now official with all the 3G / 4G connectivity to look forward to.

Sprint have said that the handset will offer an enhanced multimedia experience with the end result of downloading music, pictures or videos in just seconds. The HTC EVO will have a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with an 8 megapixel camera which has auto focus and also HD video recording.
