The Android packing Motorola Milestone according to Motorola India’s website is listed as up for sale on several store, and resellers and even eBay India and according to an article over on only gizmos this is the first time any mobile company in India has taken the online medium as one of their official mobile sales channels.

Apparently the likes of Samsung and HTC have a more widespread presence in the Indian market and word is retailers are not huge fans of Motorola handsets thus the eBay India channel could be seen as a blessing for the Motorola Milestone.

Obviously just online selling isn’t the best way to go as the Nexus One has proved and the odds are stacked against the Motorola Milestone unless they dip into their pockets for some magical marketing.

Apparently the Motorola Milestone is up for grabs on eBay India commanding a price tag of some Rs. 30,500 which should be lower than retail store prices, so with some marketing magic maybe the Motorola Milestone will sell well in India.
